Be aware of the Transformational process, no matter what type you are. “When we trust in the process and give ourselves over to it, our authentic self comes forth. The result is real integrity, love, authenticity, creativity, understanding, guidance, joy, power, and serenity.” (Understanding the Enneagram, 365)Posted on August 22, 2011 by Keli · 0 comments Read More

I hoped one day I could wake up to know what it feels like to just feel empowered most all the time. Well folks there is a reason to be hopeful because you can have the things you want in life. All the work I’ve been doing very strongly over the last year is showing me just how powerful I am. From continually dialoguing with myself and changing negative to positive to all the regression work that has taught me from a deep experiential place how truly much we are a product of many many experiences. So much healing has happened. So many conditioned patterns falling away. I’m a believer. A believer in the power of humans to create their reality and the choice to view the world however we want. Spirit is real, so very real and we are all just here to learn lessons. Choosing our path, living out our Karma.
Words…I feel like I could write a book these days on the power of words. Words give power to thoughts, which give power to emotions, which go out into the universe for it manifest what you focus on. Words bring people knowledge they also tear people apart. They stick to us and our fields much longer than we would imagine. Words we are repeatly told sink into our pysches and become some of the repetive thoughts we have every day. I’m learning just how powerful words are all the time. This isn’t a new concept but it’s one that I’m having to live to truly get. Till now I’ve been able to intellectualize a lot of concepts but it’s an entirely different and more powerful when you experience theories. That is when you truly can understand and know.
I feel like the most powerful and empowering of all things experienced has been my growth through regressions. Not only experiencing my own, but listening and learning about those of others. There is tremendous healing that takes place with reliving something and making the connections to your daily life. It’s interesting. I didn’t know if I would play the stories and lives over and over in my mind but I’m finding that I’m actually forgetting them. They have served their purpose. They sometime flash when I have a trigger (resonance in this life from a past) and this too is just a tool that brings about awareness and gives meaning and quick realization of what is going on.
Someone asked me if believing in reincarnation and soul contracts is just another type of game to trick our minds into creating answers to the meaning of life and making it easier to play the game. I thought it was a good question. A smart question. We have a left brain to be critical thinkers. I thought about my answer even though I intuitively new the answer. I said, to be honest, it’s all very real to me, but I can’t say for sure that it is not just a trick or a game. But I don’t really care because I’m loving life, feeling empowered to make changes that I want, and continuing to experience amazing things. I said, perhaps I’ve just figured out a way to play the game that brings me consistent growth and joy and I’m not sure who wouldn’t want to play that game. I can’t say my skeptical mind doesn’t sneak up on me because it absolutely does, but I’ve also never felt so right about anything else in my life to this point. I’ve found my truth and continue to become and create it.
It’s a gift really, and gratitude plays a huge role. It shifts the way you perceive the world. So I like to be grateful that I’m learning my truth or figuring out the rules of the game and with this all experiences have something to offer.
So if you get a chance to read up on some reincarnation stories or get a chance to do some hypnosis, I highly recommend it. You don’t have to believe in any of it for it to help heal you. Your conscience and subconscience do all the work for you.
Believe in yourself that everyday is a new day to change your world for the better. You really do have the power within.
